Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myScoreBooster, operated at myscorebooster.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by posting a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use myScoreBooster, you must:

• Be 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details on children's privacy.
• Be a resident of the United States. The Service is intended solely for use within the United States.
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Notify us immediately at support@myscorebooster.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.
• Not create more than one account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

myScoreBooster grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial educational purposes — specifically, preparing for the SAT college entrance exam.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any question content, explanations, or other materials from the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

All content on myScoreBooster — including question banks, explanations, tips, design, code, and trademarks — is the property of myScoreBooster or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse myScoreBooster.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that using myScoreBooster will improve your SAT score by any specific amount. Practice results within the app are for educational purposes and may not perfectly predict performance on the actual SAT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Certain features of the Service — including the AI Tutor and post-test coaching summaries — use generative artificial intelligence to produce explanations, feedback, hints, and educational guidance ("AI-Generated Content"). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No guarantee of accuracy. AI-Generated Content is produced by a large language model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete information, or content that does not reflect the most current SAT guidelines or College Board specifications. You should not rely solely on AI-Generated Content to make decisions about your academic preparation.
• Educational guidance only. AI-Generated Content is intended as a supplementary learning aid. It is not a substitute for qualified human instruction, licensed tutoring services, or official College Board study materials.
• No professional advice. Nothing in the AI-Generated Content constitutes professional academic counseling, test-prep certification, or any form of guaranteed test outcome prediction.
• User responsibility. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-Generated Content. We encourage you to verify any information that is material to your exam preparation through official or authoritative sources.
• No liability for AI outputs. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, myScoreBooster SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, HARM, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCORRECT ANSWERS, MISLEADING EXPLANATIONS, OR OMISSIONS IN AI RESPONSES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, myScoreBooster AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The Service is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Your use of the Service is also subject to AWS's applicable terms. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services we use to operate the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@myscorebooster.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which myScoreBooster operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
